I tried to view both the low-fi and hi-fi streaming versions of several films tonight and received only errors from RealPlayer saying it was "unable to connect to the server" and did I want it to "try other ways to connect" (which of course didn't work). I wasn't having any problems as of Wednesday night. I read the other post saying something about the server which serves the mpegs being down lately.. did something happen to the streaming server?

The .php icon is on my desktop because it popped up there after I clicked on the "broadband" button on the website. My doadload manager then spit out that desktop icon. The realplayer didn't launch.
Do I need to update my realplayer to my mac? enable cookies? Any step by step instructions for this rookie. Thanks!

I got a message that said "the application Real Player can not be opened because pncrt.dll could not be found" after I clicked on a download.php on my desktop. Any help?

Why was download.php on your desktop? Just click the link to stream the movie from the website and that should hopefully solve your problem. Please post if it does not.

Deactivate your download manager before trying to view the streaming videos or download the avi/vcd/mpegs. Some download managers don't deal properly with the .php stuff.

I've sent a message off to some folks who know more than I do about this. Please stay tuned for updates.

Lately it's been working again. I don't know if anyone did anything to fix it or not but thanks anyway!

Yes, Igor took care of it. Glad it's working and thanks for letting us know.
